Thursday was spent with very intense work. The first task was to gather the problems seen and experienced during the presentations and cycling of the previous day. Before lunch participants went on a walk to explore the area on foot as well.
The groups were formed by randomly choosing the names from the participant list to ensure that people with various nationalities and professional backgrounds will work together and share their own experiences, see different approaches and solutions. After the first half an hour spent with work it was clear that the method works in the practice. The studio transformed right away into a very vivid, busy place with sharp debates and big laughs. We were glad to experience the first success of our efforts, and see this diverse international group working together very efficiently.
